Kitsap County Housing Market Update 12-1-2026

In this edition of the Kitsap County housing market update, we see more of what we've been seeing for a few years now. Steadiness! We see our usual seasonal highs and lows, with average prices and overall activity dropping Nov-Feb, then we see everything pick back up around March. Our highs and our lows have been remaining very similar over since 2023. In this update, we only looked at single family homes in Kitsap County, leaving out vacant land, manufactured homes, condos, and farms. Some stats for the month of January for single family homes - average sales price, $640,000, homes for sale 425, average days on market 26, average showings to pending was 10. I would anticipate activity and prices to stay similar through February and then things to pick up as we get into March.
