Kitsap County Real Estate Market

A Quick Look for the month of October 2025

Our average list price has been pretty stable between $675,000 - $700,000 for most of the year. Average days on market has increased a few days to 39 from about 35 last month. Total inventory is in the low 700's this month, with 69 that went pending this past week. My take - We haven't seen much change over the past year, and I anticipate it will stay very similar through the end of the year. It could be a good time to find a good deal on a home as less buyers will be looking during the holidays.
